Ingram Marine Group is seeking a Welder for our team in Metropolis, IL. Whether you are a certified welder, or just starting, Ingram will invest in your training and development for the next level.


This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of Ingram’s fleet of towing vessels. We operate in an environment where flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities keep things interesting!



What you'll be doing:

  • Welding/Cutting/Fitting
  • Dry docking vessels for hull repair
  • Operating a forklift
  • Operating a hydraulic crane
  • Firewatch on towing vessels
  • Routine dock clean-up
  • Other duties as requested
