Welder Fabricator - Up to £ - Overtime Paid - Witham

We're recruiting for a growing truck body manufacturer based in Witham that's looking to add skilled Welder Fabricators to their expanding team.

If you've got experience in MIG welding, fabrication, and a background in coachbuilding, trailer building, or automotive work, this is a solid opportunity to join a company that values hands-on talent and quality craftsmanship.

What's on Offer:

  • Up to £ per hour (depending on experience)

  • Overtime available: 1.33x (weekdays) & 1.5x (Saturdays)

  • Free on-site parking

  • Permanent, full-time role

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

    • The Role:

  • MIG welding on custom truck bodies

  • General fabrication using hand and power tools

  • Operating fabrication machinery

  • Reading and working from engineering drawings
