WelderFabricator Field Foreman

Welder/Fabricator Field Foreman Pay: $30-40/hr. Shift: Day schedule, depends on the job site; leave from the shop daily Description: Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Welder/Fabricator Field Foreman for a growing structural steel and misc metals fabrication and installation company. Requirements: 5 years of experience in the miscellaneous metals field is preferred 2 years of experience in a field leadership role Knowledge and Proficiency in Stick, MIG, and TIG welding Ability to weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Knowledge of tools and equipment that will be used on the job; including but not limited to saws, plasma tables, ironworker, hand tools, and power tools Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the shop in York, PA; ability to commute to the shop daily Ability to read and fabricate from shop drawings and/or blueprints Ability to weld test (MIG and Stick) and fabrication test Valid driver's license This position requires 75% or more travel; most local within two hours of York, PA and some occasional overnight travel if needed This position requires a successful drug screening and background check before starting Benefits: Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holiday Travel Pay for Field Work IRA Business use of a Company Vehicle Overtime Availability
