**Job Overview**
**WELDERS**
**1st and 2nd Shift Available: M-Th, 5-3:30pm or 3:30- 2:00am**
**OT may be optional or mandatory on Fridays!**
**WAGE: $24+/HOUR Based on Experience; $2.50 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torch, plasma cutter/ carbon arc or other welding equipment;
+ Properly position material/parts to be welded.
+ Accurately operate and read measuring devices.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment
+ Train and work in various areas of production as needed
**Minimum Qualifications include:**
+ Prior experience with MIG/TIG welding preferred
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test
+ Ability to effectively perform job tasks with little to no quality defects or guidance
+ Willingness to learn
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
