Welders

We’re seeking a Welder who takes pride in clean welds, solid fit-up, and consistent workmanship across a variety of materials and positions. This role supports fabrication and production work involving steel and aluminum components, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. It’s a great fit for someone hands-on, reliable, and confident reading prints and building to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum components in a fabrication environment.
  
• Complete fit-up work using hand tools and standard shop practices to prep materials for welding.
  
• Weld in multiple positions including vertical and horizontal, supporting both structural and pipe work.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints to confirm weld requirements, dimensions, and assembly details.
  
• Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met prior to release.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience in a fabrication or production setting.
  
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum.
  
• Experience welding pipe and structural components in multiple positions.
  
• Strong ability to perform fitting tasks and prep work prior to welding.
  
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with standard shop equipment.
  
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work to dimensional requirements.
  
• Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Dependable team player with good communication skills.
