Welding Instructor

Our client, a leading provider of engineering training, is currently seeking a Welding Instructor to join their expanding team. With training centres in Hull and Grimsby, our client works with over 300 client companies to deliver Level 3 engineering apprenticeships and upskilling programmes. Partnering with some of the biggest names in engineering and manufacturing, they play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of engineering talent locally, regionally, and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Promoting and supporting apprenticeships
Training young people through engineering study and apprenticeship programmes
Delivering regulated qualifications (comprehensive training and support will be provided)
Using personal and industry experience to guide learners to achieve their full potential

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, plating, and sheet metal work, with expertise in one of these disciplines
