Responsibilities

:
  • Assist delivering the Level 3 Plate Welder standard to the Apprentices.
  • Ensuring we have a Smooth onboarding process for all new apprentices
  • Instruct and train apprentices in several Welding and fabrication techniques
  • Assess Apprentices progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and improvement
  • You will assist with monitoring and maintaining workshop standards with respect.
  • Maintain training facilities and equipment in line with Health and Safety policies to ensure optimal functionality and safety for our apprentices

    • What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong and Competent Welder/Fabricator MIG and TIG
  • You will be required to pass an Enhanced DBS check, of which the company will pay.
  • Ability to work effectively and use own initiative
  • Ability to lead and manage and train others to achieve desired result...
