Welding Supervisor - FIFO

About the role

Based on a 2:2 FIFO roster ex Perth, the SMP Supervisor will oversee and manage SMP activities for an ongoing structural remediation and maintenance project. You will work closely with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure high standards of welding, safety, and compliance, while supporting efficient and timely project delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate welding teams and trades assistants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure welding work meets quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule welding tasks during shutdowns or maintenance windows.
