To coordinate production while providing motivation to team members to focus on the TQPS principles of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, & Cost Reduction. Responsible for assigning work, meeting production due dates, interpreting and ensuring application of policies and procedures. Responsible for appraisal and discipline of work team members. Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities by continuously teaching and training associates using the TQPS principles.
