Welfare and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Welfare and Compliance Officer to champion the welfare and regulatory compliance of our deployed workers. The role involves monitoring worker well‑being, handling welfare cases, and ensuring adherence to local and international labor standards. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for worker welfare concerns, complaints, and incident reports.
• Liaise with government agencies (DMW/POEA, OWWA, DOLE, NLRC, MWO/POLO), embassies, and legal teams regarding worker cases, settlements, and repatriation.
• Attend conciliation meetings and provide timely updates to management.
