Job Description

As a Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, and guiding them through our wellness programs with empathy and clarity. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and potential clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and strong engagement.


Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth within the wellness segment




  • Build strong client relationships and understand evolving wellness needs




  • Share program details, pricing, and payment procedures with new clients




  • Route consult appointment requests to the CRM team and ensure smooth coordination




  • Follow up with potential clients to improve conversions




  • Provide ongoing support throughout the client’s wellness journey




  • Communicate program features, benefits, and offerings clearly




  • Track leads, maintain sales reports, and analyse trends for improvement




  • Promote the brand’s values and vision in every interaction
