We’re Hiring: Billing Supervisor (Night Shift)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accurate and timely billing for US client accounts

• Review and manage complex billing reconciliations

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and overall billing performance

• Collaboratewith AR/Collections, IT, and cross-functional teams

• Lead process improvements and provide team guidance

• Prepare and analyze billing and revenue reports

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Billing Supervisor, preferably supporting US-based clients

• Strong technical and billing expertise

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience with subscription billing tools: Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing

• Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
