We’re Hiring: Marketing Fresher (Paid Internship → Full-Time Role)

Are you a recent graduate who has completed your BBA or MBA and is looking for a real entry point into digital marketing, not just theory, but hands-on execution?

At 360iResearch , we are looking for a Marketing Fresher who is ready to learn by doing. This role starts with a 1-month paid internship and offers a clear path to a full-time position based on performance.

If you are curious about how SEO works in real businesses, how backlinks are built, and how content is promoted , this role will give you structured exposure and practical experience.

What You’ll Work On

• Supporting live digital marketing and SEO initiatives
• Assisting with backlink creation and off-page SEO
• Researching websites and online platforms for backlink opportunities
• Supporting content promotion and outreach activities
• Learning SEO best practices through real execution, not theory

Who Should Apply

• Education completed : Recent Graduate, BBA or MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Freshers who want to build a long-term career in digital marketing
• Basic awareness or strong interest in SEO and online marketing
• Comfortable with research-based and execution-focused work
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a structured environment

Perks & Work Details

Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 (1 Month)

Post-Internship Salary: ₹1.8 LPA (CTC)

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
