ABOUT US:

Located on the stunning Murray River in the picturesque Echuca Moama tourist district, Junction is the region’s premier dining and cocktail destination. Open Thursday to Sunday, we showcase the best of local wine, cocktails, craft beer, and fresh regional produce in a sophisticated, relaxed setting.

ABOUT THE ROLES:

• Confident, professional bartenders with a solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and craft beer

• Experienced floor staff who know how to deliver high-end, friendly, and seamless service

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous bar or FOH experience in a premium or fast-paced venue

• Passion for food, drinks, and hospitality

• Availability Thursday–Sunday (especially weekends)

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
