At Remotcare, we are building an AI and Io T health monitoring ecosystem focused on real-world healthcare problems. We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a passionate programmer who can contribute across backend and mobile development.
This is a part-time, equity-based role with long-term intent. We are looking for someone who is serious about building, learning, and growing with the product.
Role Overview
We are looking for a full stack developer who is backend-heavy but can also contribute to mobile development. You should have strong backend fundamentals and be comfortable working with Kotlin and React Native when required.
Must have skills
- Strong experience in Python backend development
- Strong experience with Fast API and backend API development
- Experience with SQLAlchemy
- Strong understanding of database design and schema planning
- Experience with Mongo DB
- Experience with My SQL
- API development and integration experience (REST preferred)
- Good understanding of scalability, performance, and clean coding practices
- Good knowledge of Kotlin
- Good knowledge of React Native
- Ability to work on app-side integration with backend APIs
Bonus skills (added advantage)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Experience with Dev Ops basics, deployment, or CI/CD
- Experience in health tech, Io T, or real-time data apps
