We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (Backend Heavy) Python, Kotlin and React Native (Part-Time | Equity Based | Long-Term)

At Remotcare , we are building an AI and IoT health monitoring ecosystem focused on real-world healthcare problems. We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a passionate programmer who can contribute across backend and mobile development.

This is a part-time, equity-based role with long-term intent. We are looking for someone who is serious about building, learning, and growing with the product.

Role Overview

We are looking for a full stack developer who is backend-heavy but can also contribute to mobile development. You should have strong backend fundamentals and be comfortable working with Kotlin and React Native when required.

Must have skills
  • Strong experience in Python backend development
  • Strong experience with FastAPI and backend API development
  • Experience with SQLAlchemy
  • Strong understanding of database design and schema planning
  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Experience with MySQL
  • API development and integration experience (REST preferred)
  • Good understanding of scalability, performance, and clean coding practices
  • Good knowledge of Kotlin
  • Good knowledge of React Native
  • Ability to work on app-side integration with backend APIs
Bonus skills (added advantage)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
  • Experience with DevOps basics, deployment, or CI/CD
  • Experience in health tech, IoT, or real-time data apps
