Coach and develop District Sales Managers in effectively leading their Field Sales teams

Driving sales growth, margin, and market share across independent and regional chain accounts

Developing and executing regional sales plans aligned to corporate objectives

Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to drive growth

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
