You will manage manpower planning and ensure business goals are achieved while optimizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data and workforce management. A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Management is preferred. This position is 100% on-site with a competitive salary of 7,500,000 COP.
