Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Agile Project Management: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Ensure teams follow Agile principles and practices effectively. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
