As a warehouse supervisor, you will ensure the achievement of the delivery plan goals established by management through the management of operational staff, optimizing the resources of the operation.
You will work reporting to the Warehouse Chief.
Key Responsibilities
You will train operational staff following operational procedures.
You will ensure compliance with performance indicators.
You will promote a work culture established by our company.
You will manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to the area's demand across different shifts.
You will analyze results data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.

Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Experience: 3 years in warehouse management
Office skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
