Job Description Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Production Technician at Numotion, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of people with disabilities by building and preparing complex rehabilitation equipment that enables them to actively participate in everyday life. Numotion specializes in providing individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services, including manual and powered wheelchairs and disposable medical supplies that serve unique medical and functional needs. In this role, you will be responsible for building complex rehab equipment according to specific order requirements provided by Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs). Your primary duty will be ensuring that all assembled equipment precisely matches order specifications, guaranteeing our customers receive exactly what they need for their mobility solutions. Beyond equipment assembly, you will assist with various warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and participating in physical inventory counts and reconciliation. You will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse area at all times. As a Production Technician, you will embody Numotion's Leadership Principles, performing your job with integrity and compliance, and upholding values consistent with our mission. Adherence to employee and customer confidentiality policies and compliance with company policies and federal regulations is essential in this position. Customer service excellence is paramount at Numotion. You will be expected to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers, offering solutions for concerns and maintaining customer service as our top priority in all interactions. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, regular position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, a 401k plan, and life insurance. The physical demands of this position include frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers when working with equipment and computers, occasional moving and reaching with arms and hands, and the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
