Wholesale & Specialty Customer Support - Summer Student

As a Wholesale & Specialty Customer Support Student, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders—from account setup, to invoicing and post-sale support. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a diverse range of commercial customers and fuel products, while learning how Irving Oil’s supply chain flows from The Refinery to the end user.The Wholesale & Specialty Customer Support team, based at our Home Office, manages account configuration, order corrections, and billing support for commercial customers across Canada, the United States and Ireland (selectively). The team supports the sale of gasoline, diesel, heating oil, kerosene, jet fuel, liquid asphalt, bunker and marine gas oil, supporting everything from ships and airplanes to bulk fuel deliveries.
