WHS Management System Implementation Advisor

Position: Safety & Accreditation Manager

Location: Adelaide, Australia. Hybrid role, at least three days a week in the office or client sites.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our WHS & Risk team at Local Government Risk Services (LGRS). The role focuses on supporting Local Government Association Workers Compensation Scheme members to implement a new WHS management system, guiding them toward best practice in risk and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the WHS & Risk team, the LG Safe team and Scheme Members to implement the LGSafe platform within member organisations.
• Develop and support the creation of resources and tools that enable effective implementation of safety systems.
• Develop, maintain and update reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders and deliver those reports as required.
