We're looking for a talented On the Road (OTR) Safety to join our team. You'll be passionate about partnering with the business to ensure safety OTR risks are managed. This is a brand-new role and we will expect you to continue to drive our Amazon Work Health Safety (WHS) culture with the site leaders, DSP and Channel team on Last Mile and Middle Mile team, and be instrumental in embedding Amazon Road Safety policies and processes and ensure compliance to all applicable local legislative obligations. By leveraging lean principles and kaizens, you will lead continuous improvement to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our Associates. A successful OTR Safety Program Manager will demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with Operations and our partners and inspire change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
