Job description

We are working with a leading transactional risk insurance platform to appoint a Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Underwriter with Portuguese language capability, supporting private equity and corporate M&A transactions across Latin America. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex cross-border transactions and close collaboration with sponsors, corporates, law firms, and brokers operating across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting W&I insurance policies on buy-side and sell-side transactions throughout Latin America. Responsibilities include reviewing transaction documentation, assessing legal and commercial risk, structuring policy terms, and pricing risk appropriately.
