Wildlife Manager

Are you passionate about responsible wildlife management, biodiversity, and working across a diverse rural estate? We’re looking for an experienced Wildlife Manager to take the lead on deer and mammal management across our Derbyshire estate, balancing conservation, forestry protection, and high welfare standards.

This is a varied, hands‑on role at the heart of the estate, working closely with forestry, farming, sporting, and landscape teams to ensure thriving habitats, successful crop and tree establishment, and a coordinated approach to wildlife management.

The Role

As Wildlife Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management and control of wild and park deer and other mammals, ensuring crop damage is minimised while biodiversity is enhanced.
