Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service by processing warehouse will call and special orders: meet with existing customers to solve problems, collect receivable and CODs; improve customer relations and increase company sales and profits per profit plan.

**Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 AM -6:00 PM**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Must be able to operate PC with appropriate software.
+ Scanning of back up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents.
+ Must be able to communicate politely and effectively by telephone and in person.
+ Must be able to operate a motor vehicle in adverse weather conditions up to 200 miles per day.
+ Must be able to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and carry boxes under full weight of load approximately 25 feet, from vehicle into customer's place of business.
+ Must be able to operate a hand truck/dolly. row stairways, kitchens, storerooms, coolers, etc...
+ Must be able to access all areas of customer ...
