Role Summary

Highly skilled Windows 11 Engineer (L3) to provide advanced technical support, design, and implementation for Windows 11 environments in an enterprise setting. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, managing OS deployments, and ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

• Design and implement Windows 11 deployment strategies using tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot.
• Provide Level 3 support for Windows 11-related incidents and problems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex OS, driver, and application compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
• Configure Group Policies, security baselines, and compliance settings.
• Manage OS upgrades, patches, and feature updates.
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for stability and speed.
• Implement endpoint security measures and hardening techniques.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and remediation.
• Utilize PSADT for application packaging and deployment (if applicable).
• Create custom scripts for troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Conduct training sessions for L1/L2 teams and end-users.

Good to Have:

• Endpoint management and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple technology tasks and work independently as well as a team member
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure certifications preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

•15 years of full-time education

•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
