WINDCHILL # Customisation # Team Lead Key Responsibilities:Customization and Configuration: Develop, customize, and configure Win dchill solutions to meet business ation: Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems (., ERP, CRM) to e nsure seamless data flow and business process cal Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Wind chill-related e and Migration: Assist in Windchill upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new ntation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user ng and Mentorshi p: Train end-users and junior team members on Windchill functionalities and best oration: Work with cross-functiona l teams, including Product Development, IT, and Quality Assurance, to gather requirements and deliver customized ma nce Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Windchill systems to ensure high availability and ed Ski lls and Qualifications:Education: Bachelorâ€s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related erience: 4-5 years of experience in Windchill customization and cal Proficiency:Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture and ient in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill ence with Windchill Workflows, Change Management, a nd Lifecycle arity with database management (., Oracle, SQL Server).Knowledge of integration tools and techniq ues (., RESTful services, SOAP).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical communication and interpers onal y to work independently and as part of a -oriented with a strong focus on quality and ferred Qualifications:Certifications: Windchill certification or other relevant ence: Prior experience in PLM systems other than ologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
