Window Cleaner – Ground, BMU & EWP Work

At Swan Facade Services , we specialise in all types of high-rise window cleaning and height safety works across Perth לכ. Our team services large contracts and multi-storey complexes using BMUs and EWPs , and we take pride in delivering high-quality, safe, and professional services to our valued commercial clients.

Pay & Employment

• $38 – $45 per hour + super, based on experience and qualifications
• Casual position with the offer of permanent employment after 2 months for the right candidate
• All PPE, uniforms, and equipment provided
• Internal training program – ongoing skill development in facade maintenance and safety systems
• Opportunity to progress into Rope Access (IRATA Level 1) after 12 months, fully sponsored by Swan Facade Services
• Perth metro-based work – from Joondalup to Mandurah, mainly within the CBD
• Some weekend and after-hours work required

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

You’ll be part of our skilled window cleaning and facade maintenance team, working across Perth’s commercial buildings performing:

• Window cleaning via BMU and EWP systems
• Ground-based and pole system cleaning
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation

Please note: This is not a rope access position, but there is a clear training pathway into rope access for committed team members after 12 months.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 6 months window cleaning experience
• Working at Heights ticket
• Valid Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliableouten vehicle

Desirable:

• High Risk Licence (EWP 11m+), or ability to obtain
• White Card

All candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
