Job Description
We are seeking qualified PC Technicians to support a Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This role focuses on hands-on desktop support, device deployments, and providing excellent customer service to end users during the upgrade process.
This is a 3–6 month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
+ Support Windows 11 desktop and laptop upgrades
+ Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware installations
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
+ Provide professional, customer-focused desktop support
+ Work with Active Directory for basic user and device tasks
+ Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the upgrade process
