Job Description
. Server & System Administration
Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, Group Policies (GPOs), and OU structure.
Handle DNS, DHCP, File & Print Servers, and domain services.
Monitor server performance and optimize system resource usage.
2. Infrastructure Management
Manage virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper‑V).
Perform storage management (SAN/NAS), disk provisioning, and backups.
Maintain and update server documentation, topology, and procedures.
3. Security & Compliance
Apply patches, updates, and security hardening as per standards.
Maintain Windows Defender / Endpoint Protection / Anti‑Malware policies.
Implement and monitor Identity and Access Management policies.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and audit requirements.
4. Troubleshooting & Support
Provide L2/L3 support for escalated Windows OS/server issues.
