Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows / VMware L3 Engineer with strong expertise in infrastructure architecture, design, build, and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise environments across Windows, VMware, and Cloud platforms, with a strong focus on automation, security, and ITIL-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead L3-level support for Windows Server and VMware infrastructure in large enterprise environments
Design, build, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server (2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019) and VMware vSphere (6.x / 7.x / 8.x) platforms
Perform ESXi provisioning, patching, upgrades, onboarding, and decommissioning
Administer vCenter environments, including certificate renewals, cluster automation, and datastore capacity management
Drive infrastructure modernization projects, including hardware refreshes, OS migrations, and VMware upgrades
