• Top skills: Windows OS, hands on debug experience, AI knowledge (beneficial, but not mandatory if they have strong Windows OS and debug experience)


We are looking for candidates in client laptops/desktops with more hands-on experience in DISM, WinPE, scripting, creating OS images, etc..... working in the lab environment setting up the laptops, systems with/without chassis, Bios/FW/driver updates, running test plan (video/audio/network/USB) and issue troubleshooting.

• Contractor will be responsible to install device images on all selfhost devices (- units).

• Communicate/interface with Windows OS team and identify and retrieve the early builds of Windows OS as a base.

• Communicate with platform software leads and identify collection of drivers, BIOS and applications that need to be added to device image.
