Description
  • Managing Active Directory environment and constantly seeking room for improvement.
  • Monitoring virtual infrastructure and keeping all objects updated to its latest supporting versions.
  • Efficiently managing alerting mechanisms and proactively following preventive measures.
  • Managing O365 fundamentals including License Management, User and Mailboxes, MS Teams, OneDrive for business, M365 productivity tools, Azure AD.
  • Develops procedures for daily operational support of mailbox users and corporate systems.
  • Full support in establishing best practices in corporate datacenters environments to assure continuous operational support to the business, data integrity and contingency planning for disaster and recovery.
  • Support and evaluate development activities that require specialized system programming relating to both the Datacenter environment as well as the LAN environment.
  • Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing office automation system policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.
  • Monitoring, reporting and fine-tuning related to SLA’s agreement with the Business Units and internal IT support organizations including assets and inventory update.
  • Assists in software product evaluations, including installations, testing, and technical support (such as Veeam, Email backup, Azure DR products).
  • Maintains the integrity of the corporate storage and system processing environments and ensures continuity with the current processing applications and facilities.
  • Point of contact (On Call/Standby) during out-of-off hours for P1 problems.
  • Maintains the Central Enterprise Virtual and O365 environment.
  • Provides support to local sites’ IT environments.
  • Co-coordinates all facilities and services regarding infrastructure and business continuity processes and procedures.
  • Follow-up security measures according to the area, activity and organizational structure.
  • All employees responsible for each operation is carried out attached to legal requirements, environmental policy and environmental procedures that apply in your area.

    Position Requirements
  • 3 years of virtual infrastructure experience including O365 and Azure AD and overall, 4 years of IT experience.
  • Installing and configuring AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy management.
  • Configuring and Managing ESXi hosts and their upgrades.
  • Creating VM’'s and keeping virtual infrastructure up to date.
  • Installing and configuring windows servers and upgrading them as and when required
  • Azure AD administration
  • O365 administration including users, groups, and shared mailbox management.
  • Knowledge of patch management application Desktop Central
  • Administration and configuration of Mobile device management tool Workspace ONE and Intune.
  • Managing Veeam backup and replication of O365 mailboxes
  • Administration of Zoom management
  • Managing ASR applications and periodic testing of failback/ failover.
  • Efficiently creating reports and taking proactive steps to address discrepancies.
  • Advising and supporting Business IT Groups requirements.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Travel availability.
