Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for the client for all Infrastructure requirements
• Collate, consolidate and present reports on Tickets to the client
• 2 years of team management experience in onshore/offshore model
• Excellence in Customer interaction
• Experience in Data Centre operations
• Should be Individual Performer

Qualifications

• Around 12 years of domain experience in any three of the following domains (Windows, VMware, Citrix, Exchange, PRTG, ADFS, AD and Linux)
• 2 years of Project management experience is desirable
• Experience in Operations/Consulting background
• Business acumen and IT knowledge
• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving
• Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities
