A global technology services provider is looking for a Desktop Support professional to join their team in Pampanga, Mexico. You will be responsible for configuring desktop systems, assisting with repairs, and providing support for corporate events. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Service Now, along with excellent client service skills for VIP customers. This position operates Monday to Friday with varying schedules. Remote work options may be available depending on client needs.
