Windows Escalation Engineer

Responsibilities: ● Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex Windows issues escalated from front-line support teams.
● Analyze and isolate complex problems into a reproduction of the issue.
● Able to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people.
