Profile 1: Support migration Windows 10 Windows 11

We are looking for a colleague, available asap, for a prospect AGL: customer requirements (3 lines)

  1. Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365 tools, Teams, Excel (workstation side, not Admin Center).
  2. Must be able to assist users in migrating from Windows 10 with a simple AD account without Office to Windows 11 with an account that has an E5 license and MFA.
  3. Must be able to prepare machines with Autopilot, migrate the user's workstation while checking prerequisites: OneDrive synchronization, applications, PST files, printer installation.

Client Location - Thoothukudi (Tuticorin) seaport area, Tamilnadu

Our understanding: This is an onsite position, where person will be actually migrating laptops from win 10 to 11, by preparing the device, handing over the device to end user, and assisting (holding the hand of) end user through the final steps of migration, verification, and any additional configuration and checks as needed, for the scope above.

This is a desk-side activity, side-by-side with actual end users
