Install configure and maintain Windows Server OS
Manage Active Directory AD DNS DHCP IIS and Group Policy Objects GPOs
Deploy and manage software patches and updates
2 Monitor server health backups and system performance
Manage virtualization environments HyperV VMware
Configure file servers domain controllers failover clusters and storage systems
3 User Access Management
Create and manage AD users groups Organizational Units OUs
Implement and monitor group policies for securityhardening
Handle access permissions shared drives and authentication issues
4 Apply OS patches antivirus endpoint security and hardening baselines
Monitor logs respond to security alerts and enforce compliance standards
Implement backup recovery plans Veeam Windows Backup etc
