Responsibilities

• Windows server administration including Active Directory, SCCM enterprise patching, OS/Application patch installation, debugging and application-level issue troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of Windows PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
• Able to perform activities related to Linux Administration as required.
• Knowledge of Database Administration and its concepts such as backups and restoration required for application-related maintenance.
• Able to work on decommissioning of End of Life (EOL) machines within the environment.
• Analyze the application system logs for failed installations and for applications causing performance issues reported as part of incident and problem tickets, and drive them toward resolution.
