Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled to join our Pune IT team. You’ll own the design, deployment, and maintenance of our US based client Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure, assist with virtualization using Hyper-V, and escalate and resolve complex end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Server & AD Management
- Install, configure, and patch Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).
- Design and administer Active Directory domain services, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hyper-V Virtualization
- Deploy and manage Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, snapshots, and replication.
- Optimize VM performance and resource allocation.
- Infrastructure Operations
- Monitor server health, capacity planning, backups, and disaster-recovery drills.
- Implement security hardening and industry best practices.
- End-User Support & Troubleshooting
