Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Windows Technician to join their team. As a Windows Technician, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting a dynamic team that works with renowned companies such as Intel, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Acer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Install device images on self-hosted devices, managing 10-150 units efficiently
+ Collaborate with Windows OS team to identify and retrieve early Windows OS builds
+ Work with platform software leads to gather drivers, BIOS, and applications for device images
+ Create and manipulate custom OS images using tools like DISM and WinPE
+ Perform hardware setup, troubles...
