Job Description

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a server admin role, with focus on Windows and VMware.
  • Complete VMware administration including vCenter build/upgrade, ESXi build/upgrade/patching and firmware upgrades, VM build, snapshot creation/deletion/restoration, VM re-register from VMDK files, ESXi health checks, VM datastore creation/extension/cleanup, VM resource resize (CPU & memory), troubleshooting backup failures in VM environments, V2V/P2V migrations, and VMware Tools upgrades.
  • Strong experience in VMware vSphere virtualization technologies including vROPS, vRA, and vRealize Log Insight.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and other patching tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based systems including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
