Job Title: Windows and VMware Admin

Job Location : Chennai

Experience required : 6- 10 years

Job Description:

1. Good Understanding on Cloud computing and Need to have VCP & MCSE or equivalent

2. Working experience on migration projects

3. Advance experience on Windows servers, Virtualization, VMWare, Hyper-V based OS

4. Advance experience on ESX Administration and knowledge in OS recovery

5. Firmware upgrade for UCS infrastructure.

6. Manage vCenter server and all its supporting infrastructure i.e. vCenter Database server, SSO & update manager server.

7. Server Migration Migrating from one OS to other flavor, Hardware Refresh -Move Windows OS from one HW to other HW, Virtualization P2V V2V Migration

Responsibility / Expectations from the Role:

1. Hands-on experience on installing, configuring Hyper-V

2. Working experience on Creating VMs, templates on Hyper-V

3. Working experience on ESXi (VMM & vSphere) snapshots and clones.

4. Working knowledge on ESXi HA, storage motion, Dynamic Optimization

5. Strong troubleshooting skills on core ESXi features, Shielded VM Management, Virtual workload provisioning.
