O’Brien has an exciting opportunity for you to begin your new career within the AutoGlass industry by joining our Dubbo Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. Location: Dubbo, NSW. Full-time apprenticeship program.

This on-the-job learning position is designed for individuals who are mechanically minded and interested in a long-term career in automotive glazing. You will receive a full qualification with on-the-job training and support through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will be paid on competency, not tenure, and will be supported to stay employed after completing the Apprenticeship.

What you’ll be doing, and how you’ll grow within the program: undergo the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O’Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program; develop Auto Technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on vehicles to Australian standards; learn windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assist...
