Job Title: Wine Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wine expert to join our team. As a key member of the restaurant group, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by curating and managing our wine program.

1. Main Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the entire wine program, including selection, purchasing, inventory management.

While working closely with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Spanish and international wines as well as excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish language proficiency is required.
Please note minimum 3 years' experience is preferred but not necessary work similar job roles from different countries or environments may also qualify us if hired ex professional chefs
