About the role
Develop a proactive relationship culture with all Island of Ireland customers to fill distribution gaps, obtain listings/distribution for new lines, improve brand positioning in store, agree activation plans, agree promotional plans at start of year and provide regular and proactive updates on stock availability. Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organisation. Manage the customer agenda through the account management process, ensuring that all relevant areas of the business are engaged, informed, and contributing to the success of the customer agenda.
