About the role

  • Develop a proactive relationship culture with all Island of Ireland customers to fill distribution gaps, obtain listings/distribution for new lines, improve brand positioning in store, agree activation plans, agree promotional plans at start of year and provide regular and proactive updates on stock availability.
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organisation.
  • Manage the customer agenda through the account management process, ensuring that all relevant areas of the business are engaged, informed, and contributing to the success of the customer agenda.
  • Managing a direct report Key Account Manager who will be responsible for delivery of the Wine plan for key groups and Independents.
