Qualification: M.Tech OR MBA

Experience Required: 

10+ years of project management experience, with extensive exposure to the banking/fintech domain, and at least several years of handling government

projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully delivering banking/fintech projects — especially those which involve government or public-sector clients/stakeholders, or heavily regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of banking/fintech processes: payments, digital channels, lending workflows, API integrations, transaction flows, security & compliance, regulatory requirements. For example, job postings mention payments/transaction domain, fintech & banking knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially interacting with senior management, business users, regulators, government agencies, and external vendors/partners.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills: ability to manage multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams, including technical, business, operations & vendor teams.
• Outstanding planning, organisational, and time-management skills; ability to prioritise in
• dynamic environments and drive multiple simultaneous project streams (common in fintech/banking).
• Strong financial acumen: ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, drive cost control and monitor project financials.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus, given the location in Delhi.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are advantageous — fintech/banking PM jobs often mention these. Careers Page+2ebankit.com+2
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc),
• dashboards for tracking progress, and a good understanding of project metrics (e.g., Earned Value Management) is desirable.
