Job Description – Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, lead, and oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET Core, Azure cloud services, microservices design, and modern architecture practices. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of robust technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure solutions using .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and Azure services .

  • Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

  • Review code, API design, and overall solution architecture to ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Lead technical discussions with developers, testers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.

  • Define and enforce standards for coding, testing, deployment, and cloud architecture .

  • Support cloud modernization initiatives, including Azure migration projects .

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and cost optimization .

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Microservices architecture .

  • Hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, and Networking components .

  • Solid understanding of design patterns, clean architecture, and enterprise solution design .

  • Experience working with REST APIs, message queues, and caching mechanisms .

  • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git .

  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database design.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with security standards and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server ).

  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
